Rich is a “best in class” litigation attorney, with a long list of trial victories, appellate opinions and favorable settlements to his credit. In addition to business and real estate disputes, he handles probate and trust litigation and advises trustees and other fiduciaries as to the “dos and don’ts” in connection with administration. The skill set which Rich developed handling business and real estate litigation early in his career helps to set him apart from most attorneys who handle probate and trust matters.
Rich and Howard formed Bidna & Keys in 1986. They have been practicing law together since Rich was admitted to the bar in1982.
Rich is passionate about the Pittsburgh Steelers, his dogs and Hawaii (Maui). He has been married to Rebecca Callahan since 1982.
