We work with each client on each matter to set goals. We then develop and implement customized strategies. Goals and strategies are reevaluated regularly.
Our clients get the benefit our own business skills and experiences. Howard and Rich have practiced together since 1982. We have owned our own office building since 1994 (and its free and clear).
We take nothing for granted. We analyze. We think creatively and out of the box. Nothing is cookie cutter. Even so-called “boiler plate” oftentimes needs to be customized.
We listen. No one learned anything while they were talking.
We won’t write a 20 page brief or contract when 5 will do. We encourage one-page letters. Less is more.
We pay attention to cost / benefit. We recognize that legal expenses can be formidable.
We view litigation as a last resort. We encourage settlement and non-litigation alternatives which will accomplish client goals.
We advise and mentor other attorneys all the time.
Most of our new matters come from referrals. Clients. Former clients. Attorneys. Accountants. Friends. We don’t pay for glossy ads or for someone to label us a “Super Lawyer.” Our marketing plan is simple: we just answer the phone.
